With backgrounds in architecture, lighting and structural engineering, Lance Johnson and Greg Terch combine their talents in designing each home.

Their strong belief in unique, open floor plans, site specific architecture, dramatic yet comfortable spaces, indoor-outdoor relationships, and representation of the client’s desires are demonstrated in each design.

The architects also place a strong emphasis on natural and electric lighting systems in an attempt to enhance the architecture and special relationships. Their design style has been applied to homes that are very contemporary, traditional, European and Colorado Rustic.
